Cancel Order Policy
At Dalvyn, we understand that sometimes you may change your mind.
You can request a cancellation within 30 minutes after placing your order by emailing us at support@dalvyn.com.
Once your order is canceled, we will confirm by email and initiate your refund. The refund will be returned to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Can I cancel if my order hasn’t arrived yet?
Orders that have already been shipped are final and cannot be canceled. If you would still like to return the package, please review our Return & Refund Policy and contact our support team for assistance.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
If you realize your shipping address is incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.
